Lecture by Dr. Alexandre Guet-McCreight (Computational Neuroscience, University of Toronto), presented as part of the Neuroscience Axis activities.
Title: From genes to networks: multiscale computational approaches to understanding biological system dynamics
Dr. Guet-McCreight’s research lies at the intersection of biophysical modeling, bioinformatics, and machine learning. His work focuses on integrating electrophysiological, morphological, and transcriptomic data to better understand the dynamics of biological systems, spanning from neuronal microcircuits to large-scale functional networks.
