Carol Hudon is a neuropsychologist, full professor at the School of Psychology at Laval University, and a researcher at the CERVO and VITAM centers. Since 2003, his research has focused on Alzheimer’s disease. He has developed several non-pharmacological interventions for elderly people living with major neurocognitive disorders, and since 2021, he has been working on innovative practices in long-term care and housing. In this regard, he leads the activities of the intersectoral living lab deployed at the Sainte-Foy Senior and Alternative Care Home.

Alexandra Ribon-Demars is the coordinator of the Living Lab Camelia at the Sainte-Foy Senior and Alternative Care Home. She is also a research professional at the Interdisciplinary Research Center in Rehabilitation and Social Integration (CIRRIS). She holds a PhD in Clinical and Biomedical Sciences from Laval University and has been working with Carol Hudon since 2021. Within the Living Lab, she coordinates research activities, identifies issues and challenges related to clinical practices that require further research for the continuous improvement of services.
