NOVA conference (CERVO): Professor Jean Decety: The Dark Side of Moral Convictions

We invite you to attend the next NOVA conference, dedicated to cognitive and clinical neuroscience, to be delivered by Professor Jean Decety (University of Chicago), entitled:
The Dark Side of Moral Convictions
This lecture offers a neuroscientific analysis of moral convictions, showing how their rigidification can promote dogmatism, social polarization, and certain forms of collective violence.
The conference will take place on Monday, January 26, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., in Room F-1455 at CERVO, with the option to participate online via Teams.
