There exists a simple approach to improve the sleep of menopaused women who suffer from hot flashes.
Insomnia is one of the most common problems at menopause, as hot flashes wake women up, and leave them steaming. Good news for those who have to deal with these nightly occurences, the best treatment to improve the quality of their sleep is an easily applicable therapy involving lifestyle and mindset changes relating to sleep. These are the results from a study published in the journal Sleep by a team of 12 American researchers and professor Charles Morin, of the School of psychology and the CERVO Brain research centre.
