Celyne Bastien and her team want to improve the sleeping habits of olympic athletes

Read a recent article in Le Fil which reports on the work of Célyne Bastien and Jonathan Charest, who are helping seven members of the Canadian Speed Skating team improve their sleeping habits by targeted interventions.  Improving sleep should have a positive impact on their olympic performance.  

” These athletes are surrounded by trainers, fitness coaches and nutritionists, but no one worries about their sleep.  However, it is an essential element for recovery and injury prevention, and consequently, for the progression and performance of the athletes.  “

says Jonathan Charest.
